There are tables about the symptoms which come with an interruption of work. My fatigue could be a psychosomatic symptom of my internal protest.

I´ve searched and found understanding for my OCPD. I think that´s absolutely important for a relationship with an OCPDer. On this way relationships have a real chance in harmony. I know it, I live that with my relationships.

For example I´m controlling something (a form, household or others) and one of my family members means that´s enough, but not for me I say "You know my need of control, please do you have comprehension for my anankastic control impulse now. I cannot find calm without this control." Then my family can understand that and gives calm me. On this way I can relax better and loose the control.
