My anankastic rational behavior has a protective function in my life against my instable sister. I don´t want to feel that. I want to be rocky like the way of the song.

Hi shahidjee,
may I ask which kind of stabs you already took at improving your situation the way you described it?
Did you try counseling or psychotherapy for some time? I am sure there are reasonable alternatives to protect yourself this kind of self-damaging way.
